I managed software development teams. I drove the UX design and development for large projects. I focused on user observations and feedback to make experiences that customers would appreciate.

UX Design
I transitioned to a Senior UX Designer. I have an active role in the UX direction of major projects. I focus on getting user feedback early and often and I make sure products are viable, desirable, and feasible.
My Process
I first identify the user’s need and define the design question. It is import for me to understand the requirements and user goals that will make the product a success. User research helps me identify the users as well as understand their behaviors, needs and motivations. I use what I have discovered to construct personas which will help drive design decisions.
Designs are created using storyboards, wireframes and prototypes, and then evaluated through usability testing. I start with low-fidelity, prototypes then work towards higher fidelity as I get further along the design process. I evaluate every design through usability testing and never assume that I got it right. Evaluation allows me to understand what works and what doesn’t for the personas. I continue the process until we find a solution that satisfies.
